I never sell or share your data with third parties.

3. Terms & Conditions

By booking a cruise with Sunrise Charter Cruises, you agree to the following terms:

  • All bookings require a 50% deposit to confirm.

  • A $750 damage deposit will be held but not charged unless damage occurs.

  • Guests must adhere to all boat safety rules and respect fellow passengers.

  • I reserve the right to cancel or modify a cruise for safety, weather, or behavior-related reasons.

  • Sunrise Charter Cruises is not liable for injury due to reckless guest behavior or failure to follow guidelines.

All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

 

4. Refund Policy

I want you to have the best possible experience. If weather conditions make your cruise unsafe or unpleasant, I will first try to reschedule. If no alternative time works, your deposit will be fully refunded.

No-shows or cancellations not related to weather are not eligible for a refund.
